NistChemPy is software for querying and parsing selected pages from the NIST Chemistry WebBook. It is not affiliated with, maintained by, or endorsed by NIST.

NistChemPy does not redistribute a prebuilt NIST Chemistry WebBook compound index or any generated WebBook-derived dataset. Local indexes, caches, JSON exports, CSV files, and other artifacts generated by users are user-local data artifacts. They are not part of the NistChemPy software distribution and are not covered by the NistChemPy MIT license.

Users are responsible for checking the original NIST Chemistry WebBook pages, source references, and applicable terms before using, publishing, or redistributing generated artifacts. This notice is not legal advice.
